Augusta University Health has entered a leasing agreement for office space in the former Wells Fargo building in downtown Augusta, GA that grants the school exclusive naming rights for the city’s third-tallest building. “It’s a premier building in downtown Augusta and gives a tremendous amount of visibility,” said Davis Beman, vice president and director of commercial real estate for Blanchard and Calhoun Real Estate Co. “To get the Augusta (University) logo on the side is a pretty special thing.”
The Savannah Morning News building located on Chatham Parkway has leased floors to ABC-television affiliate WJCL and its sister station, Fox 28.
